PRR Projects – Savings and Resilience Plan
The Alliance for Energy Transition (ATE) aims to strengthen the competitiveness and resilience of companies in the energy sector by creating innovative products and solutions with a strong export profile, based on technology and consolidated know-how. The project puts Portugal at the forefront of decarbonisation and energy transition, contributing significantly to national strategic objectives. Find out more about the project here.
The Innovation Pact ‘R2UTechnologies | modular system’ consists of the development and industrialisation of a new disruptive concept in modular construction. This concept will be developed in order to respond to the growing needs of the market and the new challenges facing the sector, particularly in terms of sustainability and environmental protection. As a result, the Pact will empower the business community, academia and HR itself with the means, knowledge and key skills to create, on national soil, a cluster for the global supply of the modular construction sector. Find out more about the project here.

SATO Project
The SATO project proposes the implementation of an IoT building management platform (SATO platform), an innovative energy services framework (SATO services) and a user-focused application that will enable buildings to self-assess and improve their energy performance.
See the SATO project website here.
AdsorSeason
The AdsorSeason project proposes the creation of a new configuration for a long-term solar thermal energy storage system with high energy density and reduced thermal losses, combining an adsorption module with a conventional hot water storage system.
The project is a co-promotion partnership between the research units ADAI-UC (leader) and TEMA-UA, the OCRAMclima® brand, and the CTCV technology centre. Learn more about the project here.
