According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), people spend around 80% of their time indoors. • When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your arm. 
• Proper hand hygiene. 
• Vaccination, particularly for those over 50 or in a risk group. 
• Use of a face mask if experiencing symptoms of a respiratory infection. 
• Seek medical care if symptoms persist or worsen.
