At the heart of this visionary project are the OCRAM Clima Air Handling Units (AHUs) installed by HVAC specialist &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/globalt%C3%A9rmica-instala%C3%A7%C3%B5es-mec%C3%A2nicas-sa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Globalt\u00e9rmica, Instala\u00e7\u00f5es Mec\u00e2nicas, SA<\/a><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p id=\"ember300\">From a former railway station to a state-of-the-art space, this centre is an ideal meeting point for scientists, students and entrepreneurs, where they have tried to keep some materials intact by combining them with new and efficient ones.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p id=\"ember302\">In large-scale buildings such as the Lisbon Technical Innovation Centre, which offers a 24-hour study area, an exhibition space, cafeteria and restaurant, auditoriums and an advanced first aid area, AHUs play a crucial role in maintaining a comfortable and healthy internal environment. They are responsible for regulating the temperature, humidity and quality of the air, guaranteeing ideal conditions for the well-being and productivity of the occupants.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p id=\"ember304\">The AHUs supplied for this project are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to minimise energy consumption and reduce environmental impact, but also contribute to reducing operating costs in the long term.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p id=\"ember306\">From design to installation and ongoing maintenance, OCRAM Clima and Globalt\u00e9rmica are committed to providing exceptional support and ensuring the optimal performance of AHUs over time.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p id=\"ember308\">This project exemplifies the transformative potential of collaboration between companies committed to excellence, innovation and sustainability.
