NPS® Master is the result of adapting the hygienic air control model to drastically reduce grease, vapours and odours resulting from activity in commercial kitchens.
It reduces the negative impact of the activity and preserves the environment and the surrounding atmosphere from odours arising from food preparation.
NPS® Master treats aerosols in the food industry and operates on the principle of breaking down fat molecules by UV-C radiation.
It comprises a Master section inserted into the exhaust system duct and complemented by an external control cabinet. Keeps the ducts clean, prevents the accumulation of grease and neutralises odours.
The NPS® Master has DMT certification from TÜV NORD GROUP EN 16282-8:2017-12 covering the device’s installation, operation, safety and maintenance.
NPS® Master has multiple applications beyond industrial or commercial kitchen hoods.
